What kind of blogs do you prefer to read?

I like blogs that are well written that are about topics that I can understand. I do not like blogs that are one sided in any way. Religion, Politics, Other. I believe that people are supposed to be different and we should accept other's differences. Any blog that falls into the above category. I will read gladly. I like to learn new things and hear about other's ideas. I usually follow a blog in every way I can if I enjoy the read. I only subscribe by Email if the post is something that is connected to my life. What is your criteria for reading and following blogs?

I love to read a variety of different blogs, as 'variety is the spice of life'. Also I feel that everyone has a different take on the same subjects so no two blogs are alike even if they are discussing the same thing. I love to browse as well as I usually will stumble on something I like.

I'm with Rumpunch drunk! Admittedly I do have a bit of an affinity for Mommy blogs as it's a subject close to my heart, but I've been browsing around in here and I keep stumbling across some fun stuff completely our of my field! I like a good giggle, and I love travel blogs. Anything that has a personal edge to it I like. I stay away from the marketing stuff usually - unless something really great catches my eye!

i mostly read cooking, diy, sewing ABMs craft blogs because that's what i love doing in my spare time!

Travel.

It helps if there's some good pics on the post and thought has been given to editing. I don't want to scroll through fifty snaps to find that's interesting then not be told anything about it.

Thank you all for responding. I was unsure if I would get a response. Sorry about taking so long to thank you all. I had a Star Trek DS9 day yesterday. Anyone not a Treky might not understand. But it is one of my ways to get out of blah feeling.
