Your blog isn't currently showing on this site, have you applied for it to be? Once it has been approved talk to other bloggers both on here and on other people's blogs that you're interested in, there's a site called link referral which will get you a few extra views but you have to look at other peoples sites in order to get more visits, it's generally a quick fix i.e. when you stop using it the views from there dry up. There are other blog networking sites as well where you can find people to talk to. Set your blog up on social media sites as fan pages so people can repeatedly visit etc.
