Spend some time reading other blogs - sounds stupid, but it can help out a lot even if you don't get around to writing a post right away. I've found that the biggest help is usually taking a break and soaking in what's going on around the blogosphere, and after enough of that, each post becomes way easier to write.

Go try something for the first time - preferably something obscure. I recently tried curling for the first time - it was a blast, and turned into a great blog post.

Post something that entertains you and that you like, like if theres a movie coming out and you think it looksa awesome you could talk about it, review how the trailer looks and what you think the results will be like 8)
