WHAT'S NEXT AFTER EARTH HOUR?

Internationally speaking authorities are asleep on the issue of environment upkeep. It is each country, its own vision and self protection. The so called "DAYS", once a year is not going to make this world any better. If DAYS do not help, How will the HOUR help. Why are authorities afraid of making a day a month as NO SMOKE DAy; another day every month as NO LIGHTS DAY and another day every month as NO CARS DAY and so on.
