I've used Blogger since the inception of my blog, I don't think I would completely switch to Wordpress but rather use both

blogger gives more flexibility for free but self hosted WordPress is always a professional bloggers choice rather than blogger.

Wordpress. I used to use Blogger and it was functional, sure, but Wordpress offers more perks and I think it's a bit easier to edit and specialize than blogger. :)

I am noticing that it is very easy to manipulate in wordpress but I've also noticed that some of the free features on Blogger have a cost on Wordpress

I started with blogger and moved to WordPress. I am definitely happier with wordpress.

I will have to spend some time on Wordpress to come to that same conclusion. Did you pay for some of the perks? You have a great design for your page.

For SEO: I think Wordpress is better thank blogger.
For monetize: Blogger
For socialize: It's no problem. You can choose one of them ;)
