Working Out!...What a drag!

OfficialMyGirls on Working Out, My Girls, Entertainment

Is it just me or is working out a drag? I would love to just sit around, which I do sometimes but, I’m pretty much sick of all the strings attached to looking and feeling good LOL. (How sad to say). Is it just me, feedback?

I don't know about you, but I'd rather be healthy and young when I'm over my 40s. It's not only about feeling and looking good, it's about taking care of what keeps you going in your life, that is to maintain a healthy body so you can think, walk, and do daily activities without having to feel like crap. And to be honest with you, there are a lot of people who are overweight and are now trying to lose weight, because they want to feel good about themselves and not have the problems of trying to walk up stairs or putting on clothes they wish to wear.

I cannot pass a week without working out at least twice a week.

I LOVE working out. I havent always felt that way though. Im a stay at home mom so the gym is my own time. It gives me a break from my kiddo and its a great outlet for when you are stressed! I felt bummed out at first but when I took a picture of my face and noticed that my body is changing, that definitely motivated me and made me really excited to keep up with it!!!

I love working out I crave it. It's fun besides I make it a family thing with my two boys. My hubby is a Marine so we are use to it but I never say we need to lose weight we get fit for Life.

i used to really hate it due to the fact I had to cut down work time to fit in my exercise, since i was doing it daily...

but just yesterday I did a before and after picture of myself and kinda shows a awesome change which makes you feel very good 8) and now i think... workout is awesome! suffering... but awesome and well worth it due to the outcome!

so now when working out im enjoying it more, just think as to what you can become 8) it'l keep you going!

I guess you have to love who you are to feel good. Whether you are sitting around and just enjoying the time passing by or up working out. It isn't actually about what others feel about you but how you evaluate and love yourself. But working out is actually good for you. Not just to be skinny but for the health. Has benefits to it.

I think it really depends on what workout I'm doing. What kind of workouts have you tried? Are you trying to lose weight? I find it impossible to be excited about running 5 miles (or even a few feet lol!), but I love dancing workouts at home. I also eat healthy 90% of the time which helps with my energy. Have you tried anything like that?

I love it and work out for hours at a time, but I lack motivation in actually getting up and going. so stupid.

but you guys I wrote a post on how to become a (morning) exercise person! it might be a bit long-winded but you've not no excuse if you follow my advice :)
