Assume Someone (A Millionaire or Billionaire) Who Has the Same Interest in Blogging, Offers You a Reasonable Price for Your Blog. He Wants to Buy Yours and Continue Blogging using Your Blog. Also He Would Like to Double the Price He Pays if You Want. Else He Would Like to Join Your Blog as a Co-Author. Would You Accept the Offer?

no, not at all, I don't blog for money neither I am going to sell it, don't know about others but I wz giving my personal opinion, If I take my blog under 10k alexa rank definately I will earn more than those millionaires can pay...........
No more than I would sell my children. My writing is personal, belongs to me, was created by me and is part of me. Let the one who wants to buy it start his own blog. He ain't getting mine.
Currently Selling a blog is one of good way to make money online. Lots of bloggers starts their blog and after gaining some popularity for there blog they sale it in very good price.
