It happens to everyone at some point in time. It sucks but don't freak out. Give yourself some time. When I face it, I try to observe everything around me more carefully and let inspiration find me. You could also read more on general subjects that interest you and you might find an idea pop into your head through that. I actually have a post on a writer's block that I faced.
