The Hedonista

The Hedonista is me, Sarah Walton, a lover of all things warm, fattening, velvety, far-away and funny.

I am the mother of two fairly young boys, known here as "The Leprechauns", "Lion" - my seven year old, and "Goldilocks" - my four year old. I also mother my husband "Hambone" at every opportunity, except when he has man flu, which causes me to completely ignore him.

I do not work (yet)

I have managed restaurants, been a sommelier, a waiter, a bottle shop attendant, written a very small wine magazine, been a wine sales rep and had my own wine website with cellar management and online sales.
