I'm a 66 year old wife, mom, grandma and great grand. I'm the oldest daughter of a baptist preacher and have been church pianist for 58 years continually...I think that's some kind of record :-)

I'm a storyteller but love writing stories more than telling and I love real life stories. Sometimes our life stories are so interesting we couldn't even MAKE these things UP...At least it's that way for me.

My blog is read around the world and I'm told it's inspirational, motivational, humorous and thought provoking...all at different times :-)

We do projects...like getting organized at home projects and we set deadlines. We've done the 29 Days of Giving project 3 times and shared stories about that.

I've studied natural healing/living since 1977 and we often talk about health, diet and exercise and I give lots of home remedies that work :-)

I just like to 'set hearts yearning for innocent pleasures and simpler times' I've lived a simple life and was raised down to earth...I'm keeper of lost arts and seeker of old things. I LOVE walking woodland paths and dusty lanes and I love life...with a passion"
