hi this is theresa i love to cook . i would like to share recipes and tips . Bacon Wrapped jalapenos
1/4 c.cream cheese softened 1/2 c. shedded cheddar cheese
8 jalapenos halved and seeded
8 sliwrap a piece of bacon around ces bacon ,cutin half
preheat oven to 400
line a jellyroll pan with foil . put the cream cheese and cheese in small sealable bag. sealand knead until well combined. cut off the bottom corner of bag and use it to pipe generous portion of the cheese into each half of jalapenos. wrap a piece of bacon around each half. place on the pan cheese side up . bake for 20 mins or until bacon is crisp.
