Slightly edgy, moderately paranoid shopaholic/thrift store addict holding firm in the belief that your trash is my treasure. I've been known to go Dumpster diving. Recently married new homeowner in search of random stuff to spray paint and decorate with. I love swapping out our decor and trolling interior design blogs to get new ideas for turning our house into a home.

My decor style is eclectic teetering on the edge of schizo and my husband finally made a deal with me: I can have my way with the entire house - except the basement. The basement (*ahem* media room) is strictly off limits...he gets to make all decor decisions in there and I can't say anything about it.

I love discovering good deals - especially if it's something we want or need. There are few things I love more than finding something that used to be expensive at a deep discount price. I can't resist a good clearance sale and I dig coupon codes and freebies. If I find a good one, I'll post it on here for you.

I like parts and pieces, and stories to be told. Broken and found things speak to me. Sometimes, I leave them be. Sometimes, I take them home. When I find a penny on the sidewalk, I leave it for someone else to find. If it's facedown, I turn it over.

Family, friends, adventures and sparkly stuff make me happy. I'm a lot random and a little ADD. I've had a weird life. I like it.
