5公里考验成功！

♩ Jooyee ♪ JoJo ♫ JY ♬ ― 之前说要在跑步机上慢跑+快跑+走考验5公里。 ∙ 今天终于让我成功了！！！ ∙ 希望能天天都能有这样的毅力去跑完5公里（或许在周末休息）。 ∙ 可能是3个月没运动了，再加上“有了一点年纪”，以前超熟练的Body Combat竟然把我整得要死！动作慢了，上气不接下气，肌肉抽经都一起来了。 ∙ 不过我想再努力多一些时间，一定可以把以前的体力都练回来！加油！挑战减肥成功！
