Eric Harris

I am a co-founder of Topline Success Partners (TSP), a Dallas-based B2B professional services firm that specializes in process and metrics-driven “business development systems” to drive topline revenue growth. I take an end-to-end process view of B2B business development, and have expertise in the entire value stream, from demand/lead generation, to lead nurturing, to structured sales process definition and optimization. I have both a technical and business background, and am comfortable in a startup environment, or in expanding and/or optimizing existing capabilities.

I have a strong background in formal business process improvement, with an emphasis on practical, real-world approaches for using proven process management and improvement methodologies and tools (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, etc) to drive business development.
