War On Fibroids

Hi my name is Niki and I was diagnosed with fibroids in my mid 30's and having undergone a myomectomy at 36 my fibroids have now returned with a vengence.

I am so fed up with the heavy and often prolonged periods, debilitating abodominal cramps, bloating and looking almost 5 months pregnant! and so sick of the medical profession only every wanting to treat the symptoms of fibroids and not the cause.

Not wishing to undergo any further surgery or even a hysterectomy and being sceptical at best of the pharmaceutical 'man made' hormones I've decided to set out on a journey of my own to see whether I can rid my body of fibroids naturally through life style changes such as diet and exercise.
