yay nearly finished :):) iv desided im not gonna let myself get worked up over the 2 exams dis week coz they're only worth 10% and wel be doing a test with the same stuff on it in janurary.im not liking the microbial metabolism section of micro its so complicated. the virus section has made me reli paranoid coz both my parents have swine flu and i was home with them all weekend, i hope i dnt get it for christmas :( janet

Finally finished our december exams....not looking forward to our exams in january! but ive really enjoyed this weekend knowing that i dont have an exam the following day. looking forward to christmas now...and after our exams we're not back til the first of feb...whata life eh:) karen

eugh its only starting to sink in how stressfull the next few weeks are going to be. it feels like only enviro and biochem were the only 2 subjects dat were actually continuously tested... wev 3 exams in jan that are worth so much its nearly the same as how my friends in ucc are tested at the end of the year with exams worth 60-80% anyway im not gonna let myself get stressed over it and im gonna make sure i enjoy the xmas hols :):)janet

right so i spent the last hour and a half printing out my microbiology and molecular biology notes...the sad thing is that is the easy work done...the hard work is learning them all....you forget just how much work you cover. Even since our last exam in october. just 6 weeks have past and we have covered so much theory! its fair to say we definately have one of the hardest courses in CIT. Head down now for the next few days. three exams left until out christmas holidays. pity we're back in january for the real ones.....karen.

just got thru 2 exams 2day i think dey both went well, i stayed in de libary til half 9 last nite so it better pay off! siobhan told us wer getting 2 more exams b4 xmas, 1 for micro and 1 for mol bio so dat shud keep me motivated to study loads b4 de xmas hols :) cant wait for janurary off :):) janet

last biochem exam of 2009 today. i thought it was hard enough....but the theory exams have ben okay so hopefully they will pull me through and i'll pass:) found out Ive two more exams after my chemistry one on tuesday. i guess they will help with my study for january but i was looking forward to having early christmas holidays. i cant believe how quickly first sesmester has gone! seems like only last week we were atarting 2nd yr and now we're alomost finished CIT forever....placement next year...should be interesting Karen:)xo

just dragged myself out bed to get ready for college to find out patricks st is closed due to flooding! im guessing the no. 5 isnt running so im just gonna have to sleep it out for the day i think... :P il make sure il do some study if i cnt make i in neway iv loads to do! i cud have a 5 day weekend if i cnt make it in 2day, wer off monday and de strikes tuesday :)how bad. janet :)

CIT Christmas day 2mrw....every1 is so ecxited about it! i hope there's no drama now tomorrow! why can people just behave themselves!! passed by microbiology and mol biol well:) delighted!! 2 more exams now next week so after 2mrw is over head back into the books:( grew E coli bacteria this week in environmental science....the agar plates were kinda cool. they contained different mediums to show different characteristic colours in the bacteria....most interesting lab we've done yet and thats saying something!! anyway back to my study...its not christmas day yet!! karen:)

yay i passed my haemotology practical and theory :)just gotta make sure nxt wednesday goes ok now so il study loads for biochem to make up for my results last time :/ had a class party last wednesday nite and it was brilliant we have to try have a few more coz last yr we only had 2. janet :)

just finished doin some bio chem study :) hada nice weekend but so annoyed i cant go out 2moro nite coz of the exam de nxt mornin :/ il make up for it nxt week :) just gonna watch twilight wit de girls and a bottle of wine i think i deserve it for al de studyin iv been doin :)janet :)

it was so nice not haveing to study last night :) its the 1st night iv had off in ages! gotta do siobhans lad report after work 2nite coz its due in tomorow evening i shouldnt have left it so last minute but i was crazy busy all week. the haem test didnt really go the way i expected, we all though anaemia would come up since there was about 4 lectures on it and most of the stuff i didnt learn in detail came up instead but sure it was only worth 10% so im not gonna stress myself out about it :) janet

rain rain go away!! today wasnt so bad....environmental lab was once again a joke!!! wasnt even in there for an hour! spending two hours studying would be way more productive! class party now tonight but we dont start tomorrow until 2 so it wont be bad at all. it was nice to have a weeks break from exams but we have another one now next wednesday. it will be nice to have not so much pressure at christmas i suppose.....Kx
