One of the most influencing books in my life is THE SEVEN SPIRITUAL LAWS OF SUCCESS of Success by Deepak Chopra. Why I like this book is that it states clearly the difference between selflessness and selfishness which is related to OBJECT or SELF. I think a lot of the things in our life are based on object like more money, better lifestyle, good education, etc including our beliefs we can or cannot. By holding onto those objects of our life, we feel emotional pain if we didn’t get what we want and yet we don’t want to let it go because we think it is the only solution for you. So what we are lacking is THINKing - soul searching and in our fast pace society we hardly have time for it. Sometime the pain is good as it drives you to pursue your desire for a GOOD course. The true is that the action you are going to take should do more good than harm. If it is all good by all means JUST DO IT as you have a conscious mind. Else most likely you will suffer from psychological pain unless you train your mind to accept hurting others is good for your progress or seeing others getting hurt makes you happy. All the laws are applicable to our life Law of Pure Potentiality, Law of Giving, Law of Karma, Law of Detachment, Law of Dharma, etc. In the end what we want is TOTAL HAPPINESS - which physical freedom, mental freedom, expression freedom, financial freedom, etc and do everything we could to leave a good legacy for others to follow.

Hi wilfred.Finding your goal in life might be crucial because we're human and have a lot needs. But once we decide to achieve any goal, the important task is to plan for it. As wise man says "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail" you can check my self development blog if you like..http://makeacahnge.blogspot.com/

Hi Wilfred,
I think life is a natural gift; you have not any control on your life but in the mean while you may control the quality of your life. Isn’t it? Ultimate goal of life is Death. Change in life or you may say turning point in life, from where you may get the key to everlasting happiness when you know and achieve your ultimate desire from your life.
