I am blessed to pursue my calling as a peacemaker professionally. Working as a mediator and attorney, my work is an active demonstration of the effectiveness of nonviolent approaches to conflict. I literally help people transform conflict from painful event into an opportunity for improved communication, listening, understanding interests, reframing problems, bridging gaps, and finding workable solutions. I am concerned with peace building and conflict transformation in all of its forms and manifestations, at every level of society from individual transformation to how we live and relate in community, even to international negotiation
