Fantastic design. You should get a custom domain for your blog. It would cost just Rs100 for a .in domain (first year) if you buy it from an Indian registrar--Net4 or BigRock.

When I started my first blog (SOLD), I wanted to make money. I wanted freedom from my day job. I still have a fulltime job along with multiple websites. I make money online, but not through blogs/sites. Blogging is now for being seen as a PRO.

I like the WordPress theme that you are using. You should add a header image and a sidebar to make it look better. Add your recent posts and related posts to give your readers more articles to read.
